Welcome to MB3's Trucking & Hauling Ltd. Understanding the framework of our partnership is key to a successful relationship. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MB3's Trucking & Hauling Ltd regarding your use of our transportation and logistics services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or utilizing any logistics services provided by MB3's Trucking & Hauling Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these logistics terms. These conditions apply to all carrier terms and trucking agreements issued by the company.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. Failure to comply with these policies may result in the suspension of services or legal action as deemed necessary to protect our operations.
2. Services and Obligations
Carrier Obligations
MB3's Trucking & Hauling Ltd agrees to perform transportation services with reasonable dispatch and in accordance with industry safety standards. We specialize in high-precision freight, including pharmaceutical logistics and heavy-haul services, ensuring all equipment is maintained for high-stakes precision.
Shipper Obligations
To ensure seamless delivery, the client must provide accurate shipment data, including weight, dimensions, and hazardous material classification. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that all cargo is suitably packaged and braced for domestic or regional transport.
3. Rates, Payment, and Liability
Payment Terms
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Payment for freight services is due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Overdue accounts will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee to ensure the continued reliability of our fleet operations.
Cargo Liability & Insurance
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is strictly limited. For standard shipments, our liability is capped at $0.50 per pound or the value of the goods, whichever is lower, unless a higher value is declared in writing at the time of booking and additional insurance premiums are paid.
Claims Process:
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed in writing within 9 months of the delivery date. MB3's Trucking & Hauling Ltd reserves the right to inspect damaged items before a claim is processed.
